If you're transferring your hosting account to us, you'll need to update your domain's DNS servers so that your domain will know to point to our web servers. Depending on which host you're coming from, there are different procedures to update your DNS servers for your domain. However, this can usually be done by logging in to your old host's client area and going to the domain management section.
Please use nameservers
ns1.tenxhost.com
ns2.tenxhost.com
Please contact technical support for the DNS server names and specifics on how to update them.
Alternately, you can have your domain completely transferred to our registrar, in which case we can update the DNS servers for you.

Is there an IPv4 Adress we can use to set (point) our Domains A-Records?
hey, so I am looking at my domain name DNS records in GoDaddy
I have the option to update:
A -> Name, Value
CNAME -> Name, Value
CNAME -> Name, Value
What information goes where?
I also have two NS records and a SOA that do not have an edit tab.
I also have the option to add a new record.
Could you please advise on what to do next?
Hey guys,
I put my domains on Cloudflare, and point that at the IP address of my hosting. When I point one to my 10x hosting though, and try to add the domain through Addon Domains I get an error that says:
"(XID wuwmx2) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver."
How can I point from Cloudflare to this hosting without that error?
Hey Guys!
This is what I received in a confirmation e-mail. See the Nameserver instructions below.
PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN FULL AND PRINT IT FOR YOUR RECORDS

Hi,
With domains ".com" I had no problems inserting DNS on Godaddy but I can not insert the DNS in my ".com.br" domains. Godaddy returns a email that said "don't able to change DNS, ns2.tenxhost.com, Query refused".
Anyone else with the same problem?
